757 Engine Sounds

Infinite Flight 757 Rendering

A key feature of our reworked B777 family were the new sounds. With the B757-200 rework, our goal is to also add a new sound pack for the aircraft. Providing the most realistic experience possible on a mobile flight simulator is at the heart of what we do, and the B757-200 is no different.

The B757-200 features both the RB211 and the PW2000 engines. Both of these will be modeled on the aircraft. These will be tied to the livery chosen and dependent on the real-world setup for each specific aircraft/livery combination. Alongside this, both the door, overwing exit, and winglet setups will be livery-appropriate.

For the B757 sounds, the following will apply:

  • We are aiming to have them for 20.3, but they may come with 21.1. This will not affect the projected 20.3 release date for the aircraft itself
  • These sounds will be for the RB211 engine, however, this may change at short notice
  • If the RB211 is used, it will be utilized across the board for both the RB211 and PW2000 models

We are looking forward to seeing our worldwide community flying the newly reworked B757. What will your first flight be? Head to our social media channels to let us know!
