Privacy Policy - Infinite Flight App

We are Infinite Flight Corporation (“Infinite Flight”, “we,” “our,” “us”). We recognise that you care how information about you is collected and used and have created this privacy policy to inform you of our practices regarding collection, use, and sharing of information.

The practices described in this privacy policy apply to information gathered through our game, “Infinite Flight” and through our main websites "infiniteflight.com", (“App”, “Game”, “Simulator”, "Website"), and do not reflect our practices with respect to information gathered through offline means or through our other services, specifically our community forum (“community.infiniteflight.com”), collectively “Services”, governed by their own Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy will be published in English. If this privacy policy is published in any language other than English, the English language version will be the governing agreement and shall control interpretation of all matters discussed below.

Use of the Game is subject to the Terms of Use and to our personal information gathering and dissemination practices and policies described below.

NOTICE OF ENTITY CHANGE: Effective November 19th, 2025, Infinite Flight LLC has been restructured as Infinite Flight Corporation. All references to "Infinite Flight LLC" in this privacy policy now refer to Infinite Flight Corporation. This change represents a corporate restructuring only and does not affect how we collect, use, or protect your personal information. All existing accounts and services will continue uninterrupted under Infinite Flight Corporation with the same privacy protections.

Your personal information

If you have linked your Infinite Flight Community account, we hold your username and email address for the purpose of identification. We obtain this when you link your account in the App with an Infinite Flight Community account. If you link this account inside the App, you are no longer anonymous to us.

Other ways we get your email address

We may also get your email address when you buy a subscription on our Website (our payment provider, Stripe, gives it to us), when you use Sign in with Apple, or when you sign up for our newsletter. We use it to identify you, to send you service emails about your account and purchases, and, if you signed up, to send you our newsletter.

Your newsletter preferences

When you sign up for our newsletter, for example with the "Infinite Flight newsletter" box in your Infinite Flight Community account or with a sign-up form in the App or on our Website, we record that you agreed, the date and time, where you signed up, and the version of the text you saw. We also record when you unsubscribe.

If you sign up for our newsletter without an Infinite Flight account, we hold only your email address and your newsletter preferences.

Your purchases and subscriptions

We hold records of your purchases and subscriptions: what you bought, the store you bought it through (Apple, Google or our Website), and the dates it started, renewed, was cancelled or ended. We receive this information from Apple, Google and Stripe.

IP Address and Device Type

We hold the IP Address and Device Type (specifically, the model and/or operating system you are running the App on) for each multiplayer session you use the App. This is for the purpose of system diagnostics and for the prevention and detection of fraud.

We use your information to provide our services. This is to:

• Help us manage your account.

• Identify you for each session and load your associated account details.

• Improve our services (system diagnostics).

• Fraud detection and prevention.

• Send you service emails about your account and purchases, for example how to activate a subscription that you bought on our Website.

• If you signed up for our newsletter, send you our newsletter (see "Our newsletter" below).

Our newsletter tells you about Infinite Flight: new features and updates, new aircraft and scenery, events, tips, surveys, and special offers. For example, when your subscription ends, we may send you an offer to subscribe again on our Website.

We use your subscription status and the platform you use to decide which newsletter content and offers are relevant to you, and when to send them. We may also measure whether you open our newsletter emails and which links you select, so that we can improve them.

Our newsletter is optional. We only send it to you if you sign up. We may invite you to sign up, for example in the App, on our Website, after a purchase, or in the Community. Sign-up boxes are never ticked for you, and you can use all of our services without signing up.

You can unsubscribe at any time:

• Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email, or

• Untick the "Infinite Flight newsletter" box in your Infinite Flight Community account preferences, or

• Contact us through [email protected].

When you use the unsubscribe link, we also untick the box in your Community account.

Unsubscribing does not stop service emails. Service emails are messages that we must send to provide our services, for example how to activate a purchase or important changes to your account. Service emails do not contain offers.

We do not sell your email address, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

At any time while your account is active, your information may be shared with:

• Our employees (either within Infinite Flight Corporation, a parent or subsidiary company) and contractors who may require access to perform their jobs.

• Business partners we use to provide our services, including software-as-a-service providers (for example, our payment provider Stripe and our email delivery provider Resend).

• Anyone who you give us explicit permission to share it with.

We’ll also share it to comply with the law; to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our customers or others.

We keep your data until your account is terminated. You can request for us to terminate your account by contacting us through [email protected].

If you signed up for our newsletter without an account, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. When you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address, your sign-up and unsubscribe dates, so that we do not email you again and can show when you agreed.

• Request access to all personal data about you we store.

• Request for us to update your personal information.

• Request data deletion. Note this will result in the termination of your account.

• Request termination of processing. This would require the termination of your account and the subsequent deletion of your personally identifiable data.

• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time (see "Our newsletter" above).

Your data is stored in the United States, although it may be processed by our employees or our suppliers in other areas including within the European Economic Area (‘EEA’). We may share data with organisations and countries that:

• The European Commission say have adequate data protection.

• We’ve agreed standard data protection clauses with.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or link to third party products or services in our Game. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

Our Game is directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. If you are under the age of 13, per the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), you are not permitted to use the Game or any Infinite Flight Corporation service.

Infinite Flight Corporation respects privacy rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your rights are outlined in the above section, “What are your rights?”, specifically relating to access, rectification, erasure and data portability.

We send our newsletter only with your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as described in "Our newsletter" above. This does not affect email we sent before you withdrew it. You also have the right to object to direct marketing at any time.
